Coaching: involves collaboration with you, is oriented towards future goals, and concentrates on setting and accomplishing specific objectives within the coachee's timeframe. It is not associated with diagnosing or treating mental health issues.

Counseling: Involves a licensed professional qualified to diagnose mental health issues. It is oriented towards past emotions, focusing on understanding and addressing issues to facilitate healing and recovery. Therapists collaborate with clients to set treatment goals in order to navigate through challenges and emotions.

Mentoring: It involves a mentor who offers guidance based on personal experience. The focus is on achieving goals, resolving problems, and expanding networks. The mentee will model the mentor's behaviors and actions to achieve similar results.

Absolutely! The details of our sessions remain confidential. Confidentiality is only breached if there's a risk of harm to oneself or others.

The time that your process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.

Yes, in addition to self-pay clients we currently accept Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, BCBS and select Medicaid plans (please reach out to find out if your specific plan is included). We are awaiting approval from Medicare. Our insurance network is expanding, and we aim to include more plans shortly. For clients with plans not yet in our network, superbills are available.
